Certificates Available Upon Request

Certificates are available upon request. That single sentence is the certificate statement for this site, and it is made deliberately. Certificate scope, issuing details and applicability vary by unit and by order, and a general page that listed certificate names or numbers for the whole range would invite a buyer to rely on a document that may not cover the units actually ordered.

Why certificates should be asked about per order

A certificate that covers one assembly category, one production run or one set of units does not automatically cover a different category or a later order. A buyer who needs a certificate for a tender, an import file, a customer approval or a fleet requirement should therefore state that need in the inquiry, naming the category and the purpose, so that the correct document can be identified for the units quoted. The reply can then confirm whether the relevant document exists for those units, what it covers, and what its limits are, rather than offering a general assurance that cannot be checked.

This approach also protects the buyer downstream. A customer or authority that receives a certificate will check it against the units delivered, and a mismatch between a general site claim and a specific delivery creates a dispute that a careful inquiry would have prevented. Asking for the certificate position in the first message costs one sentence and removes that entire risk.

What to ask for in your inquiry

In your inquiry, state the assembly category, the supply form and the quantity, and add the certificate requirement in plain words: the purpose it must serve, the authority or customer that will check it, and any format or language need. Share your quantity and target date to get MOQ and lead time for your order, and include the certificate question in the same message, so that price, timing and documentation are answered together in one quotation.

Warranty is stated as at least 1 year, following company materials. Warranty and certificates are separate questions, and both should be raised explicitly when either matters to the order. A quotation that answers both, for the specific units quoted, is the document a buyer can rely on; a general page statement about either topic is not a substitute for that quotation.
