Transmission After-Sales Consultation
After-sales technical consultation is the service that answers technical questions after an assembly has been delivered. This page explains how to use it well: what to include in a question, what kind of answer to expect, and what consultation does not replace. It is a service description, not a repair manual, and it gives no repair procedure for any unit.
How to raise a consultation question
A consultation question should name the order, the assembly category, the unit identification where available, and the observed symptom or question in plain terms. A question written that way can be answered from the order record; a question that describes a symptom without an order or a category cannot be matched to a unit, and will receive a request for the missing facts before any technical answer can be given. Keeping the quotation and the unit record together is therefore part of using this service, not an administrative extra.
Consultation is most useful before a decision is taken, not after a unit has been dismantled or modified on an assumption. A buyer who is unsure about a fitting, a test result or a symptom should raise the question first, while the unit is still in the condition the question describes, since a consultation answer given after the condition has changed may no longer apply.
What consultation covers
After-sales consultation covers technical questions arising from the supplied assembly and its use, within the scope agreed for the order. It does not replace a workshop diagnosis, and it does not authorise a modification: a buyer who needs to change a unit should confirm the change through the consultation route before acting, so that warranty and support consequences are understood in advance. Share your quantity and target date to get MOQ and lead time for your order when the consultation leads to a further order, since the new order is quoted on the same basis as any other.
Warranty is stated as at least 1 year, following company materials, and certificates are available upon request. A consultation question that touches warranty should name the order and the unit, so that the warranty position for that unit can be confirmed rather than generalised.
