Transmission Parts Categories
This page lists the transmission parts categories named in company materials, grouped so that a buyer can describe a parts inquiry accurately. It is a category overview, not a catalogue: no price, stock figure, specification or vehicle application is published for any category, and no category is presented as an individual product for sale.
Parts category groups
The parts categories in company materials include the following groups, named here exactly as categories. Assembly-related categories: transmission assemblies and transfer case assemblies. Control categories: valve bodies, valve body assemblies and mechatronic units, together with solenoid kits, sensors and electronic controls. Clutch and friction categories: clutch kits, friction plates, steel plates and related friction components. Sealing and filtration categories: sealing kits, filters, thrust washers and rubber parts. Driveline and hydraulic categories: differentials, oil pumps, pistons, torque converters, chains and pulley sets, housings, shafts and gears. Each name is a category a buyer can use in an inquiry, and none is expanded here into a specification.
Keeping the list at category level matters for the same reason as on the assembly pages: a parts list dressed up with invented dimensions, materials or applications would look more useful while being less trustworthy, because a buyer could not tell which figures described a real part and which were filler. A buyer who needs a figure for a real part should name the category and the intended use in the inquiry, where the correct part can be identified.
Ordering parts categories
A parts inquiry should state the category or categories wanted, the quantity and the target date, and whether the parts are wanted alone or alongside an assembly order. Share your quantity and target date to get MOQ and lead time for your order. Add packing, documentation, warranty and certificate needs in the same message, since parts for resale and parts for a single repair are packed and documented differently.
Warranty is stated as at least 1 year, following company materials, and certificates are available upon request. Both should be asked about when requesting a quotation. After-sales technical consultation and fault analysis are available after delivery, according to company materials, and a parts question raised after delivery should name the order and the category, so that it can be answered for the parts actually supplied.
