Transmission Production Tracking
Production tracking is the service that keeps a buyer informed while an assembly order is in production. This page explains what tracking covers in general terms, what information a buyer should expect, and what a buyer should supply so that tracking can be tied to the correct order. No production figure, output rate or completion promise is published here, because those facts belong to a specific order.
What tracking covers
Tracking follows an order from quotation through production to packing and shipment, giving the buyer progress information at the stages that affect planning: confirmation, production progress, readiness for packing, and shipment. The value of tracking is practical rather than decorative: a distributor planning stock, a programme buyer planning a build, and a repair shop promising a customer a date all need to know whether an order is on schedule, and a tracking update that cannot be tied to a specific order is worse than no update, because it creates false confidence.
To make tracking useful, the buyer should keep the quotation reference, the category, the quantity and the target date together, and quote them in every tracking question. A question that names the order can be answered; a question that describes an assembly in general terms cannot be matched to production, and will receive a request for the missing facts in return.
Tracking and timing
Share your quantity and target date to get MOQ and lead time for your order, and treat the target date in the quotation as the tracking baseline: progress is meaningful only against the date the order was quoted for. If the target date changes, say so promptly, since a changed date reorders production planning and a tracking update prepared for the old date will no longer describe the order.
Warranty is stated as at least 1 year, following company materials, and certificates are available upon request. Neither point is tracked through production, but both should be confirmed in the quotation before production, so that the delivered units arrive with the documents the buyer needs.
